Pricing	All properties to be considered up to the value of $8 million
Investment Specifications	§ Commercial asset classes including Office, Industrial, Medical & Retail § Value-add Investment providing long-term capital appreciation § Options requiring capital expenditure will not be discounted § Fully leased, partially leased and vacant possession assets will be considered
Purchase Type	Tenanted Investment
