Peter Costello
Managing Director - Specialist Strategic Negotiator
As the Founder and Managing Director of Costello Group, Peter has led the company from its early days as a small venture to become a leading multi-million-dollar Australian firm in Commercial Property and Land Access.
With over 25 years in commercial property and land access, Peter has expertly managed and negotiated complex acquisitions for major projects across sectors such as Oil & Gas, Mining, Rail, Power, Water, Roads and Renewable Energy. He’s highly proficient at building skilled strategic teams to deliver complex projects and consistently achieves successful outcomes in commercial property services for a diverse range of clients, from private individuals to Government entities.
An exceptionally experienced business leader and operator with expertise across multiple industries, he understands the challenges of multi-billion-dollar projects as well as the intricacies of running a small business and everything in between.

Peter holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Property Economics from QUT and an REIQ Principals Licence, reflecting his solid educational background and commitment to excellence.
