Costello Group are currently seeking short term leasing submissions from the market on behalf of Techniche for an office space between 100 - 200 sqm located within Brisbane's CBD and surrounding suburbs.
Techniche is a global software‐as‐a‐service company specialising in predictive maintenance and asset reliability solutions for critical operations. Their flagship platform, Urgent, supports fuel, mobility and convenience retailers by reducing downtime, automating maintenance workflows, controlling costs and tracking compliance.
In parallel, their Techniche EV product focuses on maximising uptime and customer experience for EV charge-point operators. Headquartered with offices in Australia, the UK and the US, Techniche emphasises intelligent and predictive applications to optimise operational assets.
