Costello Group are currently seeking short term leasing submissions from the market on behalf of Techniche for an office space between 100 - 200 sqm located within Brisbane's CBD and surrounding suburbs.


Techniche is a global technology investor and operator, having have been at the forefront of automating the maintenance of critical assets and monitoring the IT networks of customers for almost 25 years.


Their software solutions are trusted around the world to manage operational and IT assets at tens of thousands of sites. Techniche's core product currently is Statseeker, which discovers, monitors and analyses networks from small to hyper sized global. With their origins being in Brisbane, Australia, they now have expert teams in Europe, North America and Australia.

§ Brisbane CBD § Milton § Spring Hill § Toowong § Options in surrounding areas will be considered on a case-by-case basis

§ Workspace for minumum 10 desks § Boardroom for 8 - with video conferencing capabilities § Additional break out room - suitable for 4-6 people § Lockable storage area/room

Accessibility

§ Located close to major public transport links for ease of access - particularly train access

Parking

§ Cost effective or occasional use parking in the vacinity desirable but not essential

Additional Requirements

§ EOT facilities desirable, but not essential § Options that provide access t shared office space will be looked upon favourably - Ability to hire additional desks/boardrooms/meeting rooms in same building advantageous
